silicon bake ware

Wondering if any of you have and have used silicon bake ware. Ed got me a set of Kitchen Aid silicon bake ware for Christmas. I want to try them out this weekend but I'm unsure about the baking time and temps. Do I use them just as I would the traditional metal or glass bake ware???? HELP!
